FAQ - Answers about Nicopal System


The device processes regular sized cigarettes (85 mm) and regular sized cigars.

The device can load up to 20 cigarettes of a standard size (85 mm).

What you can do is:

  • either roll the cigarettes first and then place them on the machine for processing, or
  • spread and wrap the tobacco, on a paper towel, and place it in the drawer for processing.

Some users of Nicopal, places the rolled cigarettes or tobacco in the refrigerator for a few hours, to recover lost moisture.

Our company does not have on the market a special drawer for tobacco.

We have an official document by the Tobacco Institute of Drama, which confirms that the Nicopal device reduces some of the harmful substances produced during the smoking process. They have also been other, independent measurements confirming the reduction of essential harmful substances.

For those who want to try processed cigaretes before they buy the device we can send you processed cigaretes of your choice, with a small charge, plus shipping expenses. This procedure may take place ONLY ONCE.

a) Yes, you can process cigarettes a second time if you wish and as long as you find the best result for you.

b) You can use more liquid, but not more than 3.0 ml. However, if the cigarettes are soiled, you will need to return to the normal amount (2.5 ml).

Some clients have quited smoking. We believe that this is due to individual organism and will.

The device has a warranty for 2 years.

You will receive the device no later than 5 business days. Or, by courier the very next day at the same charge.

The device needs maintenance as soon as it begins making the cigarettes “dirty”.

If your parcel has been delayed, please contact the postal service of your country.

In some cases the postal services do not update on time the tracking system, when the parcel moves.
As a result, you see that the parcel is still or has just left Greece.
This is not really the case, your parcel is travelling normally and has probably arrived in your country.
Please (in these cases) ask your local post office for its exact location using the tracking number we sent you.

In this case, your e-mail program or your provider's server has probably mistakenly considered Nicopal emails as spam (unwanted mails).

a) Please check your spam folder if you do not receive e-mails about your order or replies to your emails to us.
b) Add Nicopal e-mail addresses to your contacts or address book, to prevent moved to spam in the future.
c) Please mark Nicopal's email addresses as "Not Spam" so that they do not go to spam in the future.

If you do not find Nicopal e-mails in the spam folder, may exist a technical issue. In this case, contact us, preferably from another mail (provider) such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
